There are currently 5.7 million Alzheimer's patients in the United States. All of these patients need caregivers, and half of all of the non-paid caregivers for all patients, are caring for an Alzheimer's patient. Of these caregivers 1/3 of them are over 65 years old, and 67% of them are women.
