A daily gratitude list has a way of turning around your attitude, your mental focus, and even improve your physical well-being.  To make it even better, we would like to encourage you to do a gratitude list with someone else. Ask someone else--a friend, a family member, a co-worker--to join you in creating a gratitude list.
