For self care to be effective it needs to be balanced. Self care should include body, mind, and spirit. Each one affects the others, and neglect of one can negatively affect the others.
In the Thanks & Giving campaign, the balance between thanks (gratitude) and giving (generosity), helps to maintain a healthy balance in our self care program.
